Is there a fee for installing and setting up a new propane tank?

There is NO fee for switching to a company owned tank. However, we recommend scheduling a free site visit to further determine if any additional cost would apply for services such as installing lines, etc. As always, on Phil's Propane company owned tanks we offer FREE safety checks, FREE pressure checks and FREE tank installation.

What are the monthly lease or rental fees, if you do not own your own tank?

  • Generator lease fees vary based on size. Call for more information.
  • Minimal use fee if no fill within a year starting on June 1st to the following June 1st.

Is there a minimum monthly purchase requirement?

  • There is no monthly minimum. We ask for deliveries, the minimum for service is a half tank.

Some propane suppliers even offer free propane tanks, installation, and hookup for new customers—that’s a $1,000 cost savings. What incentive do you currently have?

  • We install company owned tanks for FREE. There is a fee for any installed lines. Contact our office to schedule a free site visit today!
     

Is there an early termination fee for fixed contracts?

  • We do have an Underground Tank Contract. There is no fee to come and pick it up AND you'll get credit for the gas left over as well. 

Do you provide emergency services?

  • Yes! Our fees are as follows: During business hours is $150, After hours charge is $225. There are no fees on automatic deliveries.

Monthly payments? Pre-buy plans or automatic?

  • Our company offers fixed price agreements: Nov 1st through April 30th. Heating customers only.
  • We can also offer a budget plan: July 1st through April 30th. Only applicable after the first year of service as we base the budget on prior years usage.
