Being located in New England, many of our customers travel on a seasonal basis or rent out their properties. This means trying to plan ahead for a delivery is nearly impossible. We ask:

Have a local person who will check the property to ensure:

  • A pathway to the tank is always clear.
  • The heating system is operating properly.
  • Be able to monitor the fuel level.

We recommend homes utilize a programmable wireless thermostat that will notify you if a sudden drop in temperature occurs in the home.
Phil's Propane requests you provide a forwarding address, updated mailing address, e-mail address and best phone numbers to reach you.
Ensure power venters always clear of any obstructions. You may need to check this during a snowstorm as drifting snow could be to blame.
To avoid any potential damage from loss of heat, it is the responsibility of the owner or renter to ensure the heating system is operational.

For us to make a delivery or provide service, we need safe access to the fill pipe, tank and the heating system.

Not to worry, we have 24-hour emergency line for our customers should a problem occur.
